Came home to this ...

Mother Nature has been kind ... offering enough rain to keep this garden going while we've been off cruising the unseasonably COLD Alaskan inland passage.

Squash and Cukes

I haven't had squash in the garden since 2013 due to the squash bug problem. I decided to reintroduce this summer standard, just to see what might happen. So far so good! The squash and the cucumber plants are in the same bed. Both are very healthy and producing fruit.
