Garlic & Shallots

The finishing touch to the winter garden...

I planted a bed full of garlic:

• half hard-neck 'mystery' variety that I had on hand from this past year's crop
• half California soft-neck

I planted a small bed of shallots:

• 10 Red
• 12 Rodriguez
• 12 Bonita
